New Home Snagging is passionate about getting customers the best from their new-build home.
Our professional snagging company was established for this purpose and is an all inclusive service, with no hidden fees or extras. We also include a free re-visit to ensure that any issues identified by our snagging checklist, have been repaired to the correct standard by your builder. We work to the NHBC standards, and will even step in to help you reach these standards with your developers if needed.
Our specialist inspector has over 20 years experience working on building sites, with 10 years of those directly managing on site development. He is a qualified electrician and carpenter and is currently studying towards a Masters for Building Surveying.
It is our mission to support homeowners and companies who want reassurance that they are getting the most from their investment and to push for higher standards.
