Our experienced snagging inspectors will identify issues overlooked during the development of your new build home, detecting hidden problems before they become dangerous or expensive. We then provide clear detailed survey reports of these snags with recommendations for your developer.
Unlike most other snagging companies, our support doesn’t stop there as we will continue to assist you in getting developers to fix the identified issues to the required NHBC standards.

Our Services
Snagging inspections can be completed pre-completion or post-completion. We also offer end of warranty snags, to be before the builders warranty runs out, which is usually after two years. After this point their mistakes become your cost to fix.
Our fixed price snagging survey includes a full comprehensive inspection, thermal imaging survey, drone survey and drain survey as standard.
